Whether you're chasing a personal feel, developing a signature shape, or prototyping a new product line, we build it to your blueprint.

### 🔧 Full Geometry Control

Every parameter of your mold is customisable. Here's what you can specify:

-   **Deck Length** — total board length from nose tip to tail tip
-   **Deck Width** — at the widest point; taper profile also adjustable
-   **Nose Length** — distance from front truck holes to nose tip
-   **Tail Length** — distance from rear truck holes to tail tip
-   **Nose Angle (Kick)** — the degree of upward kick on the nose
-   **Tail Angle (Kick)** — the degree of upward kick on the tail
-   **Nose Shape** — standard popsicle, spoon nose, squared, or custom curve
-   **Tail Shape** — standard popsicle, spoon tail, squared, or custom curve
-   **Wheelbase** — distance between inner truck mounting holes
-   **Truck Hole Placement** — exact positioning relative to nose/tail
-   **Concave Depth** — how deep the concave sits at its lowest point (in mm)
-   **Concave Profile** — radial (smooth curve), W-concave, tub concave, or flat
-   **Concave Taper** — how the concave transitions from centre to rails
-   **Rail Shape** — sharp, rounded, or bevelled edges
-   **Ply Count Compatibility** — mold designed for 3-ply, 5-ply, or 7-ply construction
-   **Shaper Included** — a matching shaper tool is built alongside the mold

### 📐 How It Works

1.  **Submit your specs** — fill in our geometry form or send us your measurements, sketches, or reference boards
2.  **We draft your design** — our team creates an AutoCAD file based on your input
3.  **Review & refine** — we walk through the design with you and make adjustments before production
4.  **Production** — your mold is produced; lead time is **5 days maximum** (subject to national holidays)
5.  **Delivery or file transfer** — receive a finished physical mold, or a 3D-printable file you own outright

### 🖨️ Physical Mold or 3D Print File?

If you have access to a 3D printer, we can convert the AutoCAD design into a print-ready file — saving you on shipping costs and getting your mold into your hands faster. Once the file is delivered, **you own it completely**.

Maximum **5 business days** from design approval to dispatch. Complex geometries or revision rounds may extend this slightly — we'll always keep you informed.
